Cara Membuat Somay Bandung

Halo Selamat Datang di Boma-Internet sekarang saya Akan Memposting
Cara Membuat Somay Bandung ,oke langsung Simak ya

Resep Somay Bandung
Kalau mau pake resep mereka masing2 juga boleh ( wong udah ahlinya deh)  biasa… klu aku seneng berimprovisasi …kadang2 sesuai bahan yang ada .. heheheh….

►Bahan 1 :

• 200 gr ayam cincang ( aku pake ayam fillet, cincang sendiri)
• 100 gr udang di cincang
• 200 gr ikan tenggiri dihaluskan ( aku pake spanish mackerel )
• 2 sdm ebi digoreng dan diulek lemes ( kemarin aku gak pake, ternyata persediaan habis euy…tapi kayaknya klu pake lebih mantaf deh….)
• 2 batang daun bawang iris halus

►Bahan 2 :

• 150 gr tepung tapioka
• Tepung terigu secukupnya ( kayaknya aku cuma pake sesendok makan deh..)
• 150 gr labu sian /bengkoang serut halus
• 150 ml air

►Bumbu diuleg :

• 4 siung bawang putih
• 4 siung bawang merah
• 1 sdt merica
• 1 sdt gula
• 1 sdt garam
• Kecap ikan secukupnya ( diresep 5 sdm, tapi fish sauce di Thai asin banget, jadi aku kurangin)

►Cara membuat :

1. Campur bahan 1 dan 2 juga bumbu diuleg serta kecap asin, lalu diulet pake tangan, aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan air biasa 150 cc boleh ditambah lagi max 50 cc, disesuaikan, pokoknya tidak terlalu cair, juga tidak terlalu keras.
3. Setelah semua tercampur, harus langsung dibentuk, aku pake kulit pangsit di isi bahan adonan ini….
4. Juga isi temen2nya siomay seperti tahu, kol rebus, kentang, paria, telor ( aku kok yah permalesan .. yang di isi adonan ikan cuma tahu heheheh…)
5. Kukus sampai matang.

►Saus Kacang :

• 200 gr kacang tanah goreng
• Gula merah
• 1sdt garam
• Kecap sedikit
• 3 siung bawang putih
• 50 gr kentang rebus, haluskan
• santan encer

Haluskan semua, masak di api kecil sampe mengental dan berminyak
